Systems Architect

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles throughout the entire systems life cycle from concept to retirement
• Ensure technical integrity and quality of deliverables associated with ISO/IEC15288 process areas
• Analyze user requirements and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for requirements integration
• Develop system architecture, design documentation, and system engineering management plans
• Supervise or coordinate the work of other contractor engineers or technicians
• Interact with government overseers and senior executives regarding technical considerations

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline with 20 years of experience, OR High School diploma with 25 years of experience
• Extensive experience in systems engineering programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity

Preferred Qualifications

• FS Polygraph preferred
• Proven track record leading systems engineering efforts and managing technical teams
• Expertise in secure system architecture, infrastructure modernization, and virtualization technologies
• Experience in secure communications and remote systems administration
