Systems and V&V Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from scoping to delivery, including planning, risk management, and reporting
• Act as a primary interface between business teams (systems, software, hardware, quality), clients, and partners
• Collect and formalize client needs and technical requirements
• Contribute to system architecture definition and technical coordination
• Manage workload estimations, staffing, and prioritization
• Supervise integration, validation, qualification, and delivery phases
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory constraints in the ASD sector
• Lead and animate multidisciplinary teams to foster skill development

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Systems, Electronics, Industrial IT, Aeronautics, or Mechanics)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in complex industrial environments
• Proven experience in project management or technical coordination
• Strong understanding of complex systems (ADA, embedded, or avionics)
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (V-cycle)
• Experience in Aerospace, Space, or Defense sectors is a significant plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of requirements management and traceability
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-criticality environments
