Systems and Technology Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in business processes in consultation with key stakeholders
• Assist National Managers in the definition, documentation, implementation, and validation of new service processes
• Ensure Schindler service databases and documents are updated with all process changes
• Manage cross-functional and interface issues between different departments
• Provide weekly and ad-hoc reports on key operational metrics to investigate and rectify deviations
• Communicate best practice methodologies to service businesses nationally

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in an administration or process/systems-driven role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a successful team
