About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and deployment of IT infrastructure
- Conduct technical studies regarding performance and security
- Support automation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support
- Write and maintain associated technical documentation
Requirements
- Minimum Bac+2 degree in IT, Systems, or Networks
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS)
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Scripting skills in Shell, PowerShell, or Python
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial knowledge of containerization technologies
