About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support various IT projects, such as migrating client environments to the cloud
  • Deploy client infrastructure, including the installation and migration of servers, workstations, Office 365, AD, and DNS/DHCP
  • Install proprietary software solutions for clients
  • Provide hands-on support to users to ensure smooth adoption of new hardware and software
  • Write and submit detailed intervention reports for client validation

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in managing and administering client infrastructure
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows Server, Exchange, and Hyper-V
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, and Office 365
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, primarily within the Savoie and Haute-Savoie regions
