About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and support various IT projects such as client fleet migration to the cloud
- Deploy client infrastructure including servers, workstations, Office 365, AD, and DNS/DHCP
- Support users in taking control of their workstations
- Install proprietary software solutions
- Write and send detailed intervention reports validated by the client
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in client infrastructure management and administration
- Proficiency in Windows environments and tools (Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Office 365, Hyper-V)
- Willingness to travel to client sites, including overnight stays
