Systems Analyst - Wonderware

Responsibilities

• Maintain, analyze, and configure legacy Wonderware systems (versions 2014-2023) including SCADA, HMI, and MES
• Act as a liaison between IT and Operations to align software with production goals
• Provide remote phone support to field technicians to resolve technical issues
• Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally for training, preventative, and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed Wonderware applications
• Analyze system logs, alarms, and alerts to diagnose faults and implement corrective actions
• Document all troubleshooting steps, procedures, and resolutions
• Conduct operator training on system usage and report status updates to Operations Managers

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of ArchestrA/Wonderware experience (versions 2014-2023) in Fuels or Water/Wastewater industries
• 5+ years of experience diagnosing Ladder Logic and/or function block using Schneider PLCs
• 5+ years of experience in SCADA development
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Ability to pass or obtain a NACLC security background check and government CAC

Preferred Qualifications

• Current possession of a government CAC
• Active or previous security clearance
• MOS Fuels Management AFSE or 2FOX1
