Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support architecture and new technology studies for the THAAD component within the Ballistic Missile Defense System
• Write statement of work documentation for government requests for proposal regarding future concept development
• Review and assist in Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), Funding Memos, and other RFP supporting documentation
• Coordinate technical evaluation pricing with the pricing team and support negotiation processes with government contracting teams
• Coordinate budget 1-N requirements for both funded and unfunded concepts
• Support THAAD Engineering Director programmatic planning through the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process
• Participate in THAAD systems Engineering Directorate meetings to support efforts across the Project Office

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience relevant to MDA programmatic planning
• Active Secret security clearance
• Ability to track and forecast financial data in comparison to MDA goals
• Ability to perform technical evaluations of prime contractor proposals and write technical evaluation reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MDA budgetary, acquisition, and programmatic processes
• Working knowledge of the THAAD weapon system
• Proficiency in systems engineering and execution processes
• Experience working in collaborative environments with Government, prime contractors, and subcontractors
