Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and infrastructure
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), host-based firewalls, and endpoint compliance tools
• Perform system patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation
• Support standalone and boundary-specific workstations and devices
• Conduct hardware/software compliance checks and certification reviews
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and system utilities
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and automation scripts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
• Active DOE Q Clearance or DOD equivalent
• US Citizenship required
• Experience with Windows OS, Group Policy, and system hardening
• Experience with host-level security platforms like HBSS/ESS
• Ability to work in standalone, isolated, or segmented network environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cisco network hardware
• Experience with VMware virtual systems
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Basic proficiency in LabVIEW
• Vulnerability Management experience
• Project management experience
