Systems Analyst, Kinaxis

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis, managing platform design, sustainability, and optimization.
• Act as the first line of defense for Master Schedulers and Supply Chain Planners to resolve production system issues.
• Provide end-to-end functional support, including the creation and maintenance of custom workbooks, dashboards, and reports.
• Partner with IT and business teams to design and implement system enhancements and continuous process improvements.
• Optimize core supply chain processes such as demand planning, inventory deployment, and material planning.
• Maintain data integrity and enhance data structures within Kinaxis Maestro and its connections to ERP systems.
• Drive user adoption through comprehensive training and the creation of clear system documentation.
• Lead supply chain projects through all phases, including design, testing, and go-live support.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on work experience with Kinaxis is required.
• Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and best practices.
• Proven experience with data extraction from ERP or database systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong data analysis skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated experience implementing new systems or tools and managing project requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kinaxis Contributor and/or Author certifications.
