Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Application and Service Delivery to align work with strategic initiatives
• Act as a senior technical resource providing guidance on complex analytical challenges and architectural decisions
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to design innovative AI-driven and automation-based solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable designs
• Implement and configure software solutions, databases, and integrations
• Develop test plans and oversee thorough testing to ensure functionality and reliability
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
• Provide training and advanced support to end-users
• Proactively identify opportunities to apply emerging AI and automation technologies to process optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in information technologies and systems analysis
• Strong AI-mindedness and curiosity regarding modern AI and automation tools
• Proven ability to assess complex business needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Strong understanding of IT systems maintenance, administration, security, and enterprise architecture
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with senior leadership to align technical work with organizational objectives
