Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Validate the technical feasibility of functional proposals
• Lead and monitor software development projects to ensure successful execution and completion
• Coordinate development team activities, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Monitor progress, detect risks, and propose corrective actions
• Ensure all solutions meet technical and business standards
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and the technical team

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of software development, specifically with Java and SQL
• Proven experience in project management and leading technical teams
• Proficiency in UML modeling, including Activity, Use Case, Class, and Sequence diagrams
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and creating functional/technical documentation
• Expertise in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• High analytical skills with a focus on pattern identification and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of relational database modeling
• Familiarity with end-to-end development processes, including analysis, development, testing, and deployment
