Systems Analyst, Development Operations

MSF USA is one of 24 sections supporting the global movement, primarily through staff recruitment, fundraising, advocacy, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solutioning sessions to translate business needs into technical specifications including data mapping and transformation
• Design and implement solutions for system changes and integrations across fundraising systems and middleware platforms
• Own the Jira service management operating model, including intake standards, prioritization, SLAs, and backlog governance
• Design and execute Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for fundraising systems
• Govern system access, audit readiness, documentation standards, and knowledge base management
• Oversee day-to-day administration including access provisioning and license oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of experience working with technology projects and platforms
• Experience leading discovery sessions and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations using middleware like MuleSoft or AnyPoint
• Experience with CRM workflow tools such as Form Assembly and Salesforce
• Experience designing and executing QA and UAT during software development
• Experience using Jira Service Management or other ticketing systems
• Experience with system access provisioning, audit readiness, and documentation governance
• Proficiency with Office 365 suite, including Excel and SharePoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis
