About the role

Responsibilities

  • Apply business analysis methodologies to gather and document requirements
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and develop user stories
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for developers
  • Perform user acceptance testing to validate requirements and manage defects
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements and maintain system processes
  • Monitor product progress and communicate key insights to the product team

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree with 24 semester credits in computer science or a related field plus one year of computer software experience
  • OR a high school diploma and five years of satisfactory full-time computer software experience
  • Experience in systems development, applications programming, database administration, or web development
  • Ability to perform requirement gathering, data analysis, and process modeling
