Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct application development teams and implementation teams for the commercial technology project portfolio.
• Participate in functional analysis, design, and construction of digital solutions for mobile platforms and emerging technologies to optimize commercial processes.
• Coordinate with internal IT departments (Peru and Corporate) and business users to align technology vision with business objectives.
• Propose and implement new technologies that generate value for operations and contribute to business growth.
• Oversee the deployment and support of mobile and emerging technology solutions to ensure process continuity.
• Generate comprehensive technical and functional documentation covering all requested requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation, development, or functional management of digital solutions.
• Proven leadership experience managing development squads or tribes.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of C#, SQL, CI/CD, and .Net Core.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP S4 Hana.
• Knowledge of the Azure ecosystem and Agile methodologies.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate level of English.
