Systems Analyst and AI Programmer

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical needs and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize software systems and user experiences for academic and administrative university areas.
• Gather requirements and assess functional needs to improve business processes and software interactions.
• Evaluate and guide the adoption of AI tools, including expertise in orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology.
• Provide Database Administration for assigned systems, including designing and managing database structures for development and production.
• Lead software implementations, module deployments, upgrades, and fixes.
• Develop custom solutions, system interfaces, and integrations following best practices in software development.
• Create user guides, training documentation, and technical requirements documents.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot issues, set up demonstrations, and evaluate new functionality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems management.
• Expert-level proficiency with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Demonstrated expertise with AI tools, technology, and frameworks.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Linux Shell, or Windows Powershell.
• Expert understanding of relational database management and structure design.
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience with Snowflake administration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
