Systems Analysis Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the AP team, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to team members
• Conduct user requirement analysis for new system development and manage project lifecycles
• Oversee system and database maintenance to ensure operational stability
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external service providers
• Establish and execute information internal control procedures
• Resolve escalated and complex technical issues within a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a business, requirements, or systems analyst
• 1+ year of leadership experience managing teams
• Proficiency with MVC dot NET, MS SQL, Webservices, and RESTful services
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software development
• Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry
