Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments, including identity lifecycle, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
• Oversee network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, switches, and DNS.
• Serve as a key technical owner for the company facility move, coordinating vendors and infrastructure setup for the new building.
• Provision, secure, and maintain endpoints, including laptops, workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Design and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph to reduce manual IT tasks.
• Support NetSuite and other business-critical applications through user access management and integration monitoring.
• Implement and respond to security operations, including vulnerability management, patch remediation, and incident response.
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including runbooks, system diagrams, and asset inventories.

Requirements

• Proven experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or network administration.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in networking technologies (firewalls, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and switching).
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with endpoint management, device provisioning, and security patching.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage vendors and technical timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP/business-critical application administration.
• Experience with AI-assisted automation, LLM-enabled workflows, or tools like Power Automate.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects such as facility moves or cloud data migrations.
