About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 systems administration and end-user support within a classified enterprise network environment.
- Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems and monitor system resources like CPU, disk, and memory.
- Perform systems security administration, including account creation, user profile management, and workstation/server imaging.
- Install, configure, and maintain system-wide software and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Diagnose customer issues using JIRA or similar ticketing systems to track incidents and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with systems and network engineers on enterprise-wide deployments and technology rollouts.
- Install and troubleshoot workstations, thin clients, applications, printers, and other IT equipment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment performing systems administration or end-user support.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience imaging and deploying Windows servers and/or workstations.
- Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), specifically VMware.
- Experience administering enterprise systems using Active Directory.
- Required IAT Certification: Security+, SecurityX (CASP+), or CISSP.
- Required Vendor Certification: Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Netapp, Pure Storage, HP, Dell, Linux+, or RedHat (must be achieved within 6 months of hire).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior military experience.
