Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage the central IT environment, including daily administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenants.
• Provision, configure, and manage the lifecycle of laptops and mobile devices using MDM tools.
• Maintain network, server, backup, and cloud infrastructure across the headquarters and all European locations.
• Provide 1st and 2nd-line support for employees and manage business SaaS applications.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors to ensure high service levels.
• Strengthen cybersecurity through access control, patch management, and adherence to data protection standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an IT service environment.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint/device management.
• Solid knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and data backup procedures.
• Experience with cybersecurity principles and a "security-first" mindset.
• Fluent German (C2) and good English (C1) skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage external service providers effectively.
