Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Perform Microsoft Azure Entra ID and Active Directory management activities
• Develop and maintain processes to optimize Microsoft server, Azure, and AWS resources
• Analyze Azure resource performance to identify contention and recommend upgrades
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, standards, procedures, and systems documentation
• Work with data center staff and users to perform resource deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes
• Administer and configure Azure infrastructure security
• Assist application owners and users with appropriate application access
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows and Linux server issues
• Write PowerShell scripts to monitor server properties and perform management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience)
• 5 years of Windows server administration experience, including 3 years with Windows 2016 or newer
• 3 years of Microsoft Azure and Cloud experience and 2 years of AWS experience
• 5 years of experience administering Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy in environments with 1,000+ users
• 3 years of Linux server management experience
• Demonstrated experience writing, testing, and executing PowerShell scripts
• Proven track record supporting third-party applications in virtual and cloud environments
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must currently reside in the Southeast US and be able to work on-site in Tallahassee, Florida
