Systems Administrator III

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise-level Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure cloud environments.
• Support and maintain MED365 Exchange Online, including mailbox administration, mail flow, and Tier 3 troubleshooting.
• Implement and monitor data encryption services and digital signature requirements in compliance with DoD regulations.
• Utilize MS SCOM to monitor system uptime, availability, and performance for enterprise applications and servers.
• Manage eDiscovery processes within the MED365 Tenant to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document disaster recovery procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all enterprise monitoring servers comply with the latest DISA STIGs.

Requirements

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of relevant systems administration experience.
• Active Secret security clearance (or higher).
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (e.g., Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, or GSEC).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
