About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ticket queues and IM channels to provide operational support for global systems.
  • Manage and maintain infrastructure related to building management and physical security operations.
  • Accurately record ticket metadata, including category, type, item, and outage resolution details.
  • Resolve troubleshooting tickets by engaging with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Provide out-of-hours support for scheduled upgrades and 24/7 on-call support for critical system outages.
  • Maintain professional relationships with third-party vendors in compliance with client codes of conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 2 to 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience building and managing various servers.
  • Experience with networking management, configurations, and changes.
  • Strong skills in systems and networking troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement fixes.
  • Proficiency with ticket systems and following established procedural workflows.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automation and scripting.
