Systems Administrator II

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise-level hardware, firmware, and software for on-premise and MED365 Cloud environments
• Triage and resolve issues involving server patches, configurations, and scheduled maintenance
• Manage Active Directory (AD) user accounts, object recovery, and Azure AD resource allocation
• Provide Site Administrator support and monitor Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Monitor on-premise enterprise assets via SCOM, Quest Suite of Tools, and other related applications
• Perform system administration duties for MED365 eDiscovery, including data collection and preservation
• Document incidents and outages via ticketing systems and create technical reports such as SITREPs and AARs

Requirements

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• 2+ years of relevant systems administration experience
• Active Secret security clearance
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Azure Fundamentals certification
