Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes
• Monitor and resolve problems for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support and escalation
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
• Implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in similar programs
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 5 additional years of experience)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I compliance or higher
• Proficiency with Linux, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible
