About the role
Responsibilities
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Requirements
- Current and active security clearance with polygraph
- 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in similar programs
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 5 years of additional experience
- Hardware experience
- Experience with Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop
- Ability to work Wednesday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm
- Willingness to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD area
