Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft-based end-user systems including Windows, Office 365, and related software
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Implement and manage endpoint security solutions and user access controls
• Deploy and manage Azure resources, virtual machines, and Azure AD
• Manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, and automated workflows
• Oversee Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 applications
• Create technical documentation and generate system performance reports
• Collaborate with clients to recommend technology solutions and conduct user training

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a Microsoft-centric environment
• 1-3 years of infrastructure experience in an IT services company
• Certifications: A+, N+, AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, and Mimecast Level 1 & 2
• Proven experience with MD-102, MS-102, or MS-700
• Strong expertise in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• AZ-140: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
• AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
• Google Workspace Administrator
• Apple Support Essentials for macOS 14
