Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and data support for the Slate CRM system to facilitate user access and system utility
• Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support
• Maintain technical documentation for the CRM system and related technologies
• Develop reports and improve reporting capabilities for various stakeholders
• Collaborate with Advancement teams to develop and implement policies and procedures for CRM data utilization
• Provide training and support to system users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
• Four (4) years of professional work experience with CRM systems or related systems
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Proficiency in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)
• Proficiency in Cascading Stylesheets (CSS)
• Strong analytical, programming, and debugging skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience with advancement-specific CRM systems
• Working knowledge of institutional information requirements within a higher education setting
• Project leadership experience in information systems
• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as PeopleSoft
