Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux platforms and network services
• Automate service delivery and manage hardware, software, OS, and application maintenance
• Build out globally accessible high-availability products and services
• Support SOC 2 and ISO 27002 compliance activities
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system resources
• Support and maintain virtualization platforms including KVM, VMware, and Hyper-V
• Research and recommend technology upgrades to optimize security and operations

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Linux administration
• Full experience with Windows Server
• Deep knowledge of high availability network services across OSI layers
• Proficiency in shell scripting and AD integration
• Experience with RAID filesystem management and hardware selection
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Ability to function independently within a complex hardware and software ecosystem
