Systems Administrator 2

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) technical support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Deliver senior-level ticket support for PKI tools
• Troubleshoot end-user issues related to various PKI tools
• Test new PKI tool releases and new compliance guidance functionality
• Review and update technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Utilize ticketing systems and navigate Confluence pages for information management

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs of similar scope and complexity
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 15 years of total relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification
• Proficiency with Windows desktop tools and Linux command line functions
