Systems Administration Endpoint Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3/4 engineering and architectural expertise for MHS hybrid environments, focusing on application integration, endpoint security, and desktop engineering.
• Engineer, architect, and maintain Enterprise Management solutions, including application packaging, deployment, and configuration for baseline endpoint applications.
• Validate compliance with IA controls and cybersecurity best practices (RMF, NIST, Zero Trust) and ensure compliance with DISA STIGs.
• Design and maintain desktop and Operating System image libraries, including task sequences, group policy objects, and in-place upgrades.
• Develop and architect solutions for mobile device delivery, including provisioning, management, and security across cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Research and test operating systems-level software and network distribution software to support medical and military computing applications.

Requirements

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution.
• 3+ years of relevant systems administration or engineering experience.
• Active Secret security clearance (or higher).
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (e.g., Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, or GSEC).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
