Systems Access Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute access management processes for technological platforms and business applications at GBS Colombia.
• Manage basic access credentials, including Windows ID, Email, and Skype for Business, following established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all access requests and credential provisioning.
• Provide support for VPN access, soft token configuration on mobile devices, and physical token assignment.
• Monitor, escalate, and manage access requests to ensure timely delivery of credentials to employees.
• Communicate procedures and provide guidance to users regarding access credential management.
• Prepare management reports and maintain documentation for the Access Credential Management process.
• Perform regular reviews, controls, and maintenance routines to ensure security compliance.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in technical or application support.
• Technical or Technologist degree in Information Technology (students with at least four semesters completed are preferred).
• Basic knowledge of information systems and software applications.
• English proficiency level B2.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and ability to handle changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
