Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical entirety of development and industrialization projects
• Analyze, decompose, and translate customer and system requirements into technical specifications and solutions
• Coordinate technical interfaces between disciplines such as mechanics, electronics, software, production, and testing
• Manage requirements, traceability, and technical changes throughout the development process
• Drive verification, validation, test planning, and technical reviews
• Participate in design reviews and technical decision forums
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for quality, safety, reliability, and performance
• Provide a holistic perspective to create consensus among stakeholders in complex projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in roles such as System Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Tech Lead
• Experience with complex technical systems and product development
• Experience in requirements management, system specifications, and system architecture
• Strong understanding of the product development process and lifecycle
• Experience in verification, validation, and test planning
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
• Ability to pass a security clearance if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DOORS, DOORS Next, Polarion, or Jama
• Knowledge of MBSE, SysML, or Enterprise Architect
• Experience with PLM systems like Teamcenter or Windchill
• Systems engineering experience within energy, defense, or process industries
• Experience working in security-classified environments
