About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate technical analyses, including system/problem analyses and data evaluation from flight tests, with a focus on Eurofighter avionics (Radar and DASS).
- Support troubleshooting for German Air Force aircraft in close collaboration with Field Service Representatives and maintenance teams.
- Document observations and system-relevant data to identify and implement improvements for Eurofighter operational readiness.
- Create and deliver technical training and briefings for squadron personnel and pilots.
- Coordinate technical workshops to continuously improve services for the German Air Force.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of national and international testing campaigns and exercises.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience with Eurofighter systems and subsystems, specifically within avionics (Radar and Defensive Aids Subsystem/DASS preferred).
- Knowledge of aviation quality standards and operational procedures.
- Completed security clearance (Ü2).
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and occasional availability for on-call duties.
