System Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
• Perform installation, setups, and changeovers of machinery
• Test equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Repair malfunctioning equipment and identify process improvements
• Update required documentation, including maintenance and repair logs
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Apply safety procedures to all work and order parts/supplies according to department procedures
• Work the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), Monday through Friday

Requirements

• Vocational, Certificate, Technical, or Associates degree
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and HMIs
• Experience with equipment calibration
