System & Software Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define System & Software Quality Targets and maintain the Project Quality Assurance plan.
• Conduct product and process audits, including System & Software Milestone Preparation Audits.
• Monitor project risks, track issues to closure, and report on Product & Process Indicators.
• Ensure compliance with GSMART, Clean Project Management (CPM), and Group Golden Rules.
• Support internal project assessments (GAMA) and OEM project assessments (ASPICE).
• Provide coaching and training to project team members on quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to technical reviews and ensure Change Control Boards are performed according to process.
• Support supplier management by defining requirements and performing external audits.
• Manage customer communication regarding quality status and approve software deliveries.
• Apply QRQC rules and support problem-solving using PDCA-FTA and LLC methodologies.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or Master's degree.
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Fluency in English (negotiation level).
• Proven track record in a similar quality engineering position.
