System & Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define System & Software Quality Targets and maintain the Project Quality Assurance plan
• Conduct product and process audits, including milestone preparation audits
• Manage and assess project risks, tracking issues until closure and escalating roadblocks
• Report product and process indicators and ensure compliance with Group Golden Rules
• Support internal and OEM project assessments such as ASPICE and GAMA
• Provide coaching and training to project team members on quality assurance processes
• Contribute to technical reviews and ensure Change Control Boards are performed correctly
• Support supplier management through requirement definition and external audits
• Prepare customer communications regarding quality status and conduct software release readiness audits
• Apply QRQC rules and support problem-solving using PDCA-FTA and LLC methodologies

Requirements

• Engineering or Master's degree in Electronics or Software
• 0-3 years of experience in System or Software Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of embedded systems or software development is a plus
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
