System Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, structure, and pilot the deployment of processes based on group strategy and standards
• Drive the management system through performance improvement plans and continuous improvement culture
• Support process owners in defining, updating, and deploying processes
• Ensure understanding and application of the management system through training and methodological assistance
• Collaborate with subsidiaries to integrate their activities into the group management system
• Evaluate process maturity and implement action plans for improvement
• Conduct internal audits and manage the internal auditor network
• Prepare for and follow up on certification audits and non-conformity resolutions

Requirements

• Engineer or Master's degree (BAC+5) in Quality or Process Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial management systems
• Knowledge of industrial sectors from sales to production
• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, EN 9100)
• Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)
• Expertise in continuous improvement, auditing, and performance management
• Skills in risk management, change management, and analysis methods (Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Ability to travel occasionally to French subsidiaries
