System Quality Engineer Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Perform product and process qualification audits and process control assessments
• Analyze audit results to determine necessary cross-functional actions
• Monitor the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions resulting from audits
• Prepare the industrial site for internal and external certification audits
• Assist in updating system documentation (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
• Facilitate quality working groups regarding external customer or supplier complaints
• Participate in training and awareness programs to promote quality culture among staff

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree (Licence or Master level)
• Previous experience in an industrial sector is preferred
• Proficiency with quality tools: PDCA, Cause-Effect diagrams, and the 5 Whys method
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Pack and Power BI
• English language proficiency at a B2 level
• Autonomous, organized, and capable of working effectively on the shop floor
