System Manager (Integrated Call Control)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities to meet contractual maintenance agreement commitments
• Lead and manage relationships with local service partners and customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction goals are met both internally and externally
• Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for complex trouble tickets
• Remotely diagnose system failures and facilitate call management
• Manage emergency service efforts and escalation procedures
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure compliance with response and restoration time commitments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related degree) or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of IT support experience
• 3+ years of customer support experience
• Knowledge of Analog and Digital Telephony
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Windows OS troubleshooting
• Experience with LAN/WAN and networking troubleshooting
• Ability to pass a stringent CJIS background check
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VMware virtualization suites
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Azure or AWS)
• Experience with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Applications
• Experience with database administration (MySQL or SQL Server)
• Experience with firewalls, security applications, or GIS applications
