System IVVQ Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the System Integration and Validation (IVV) strategy
• Provide IVV best practices to your teams
• Technically lead the team in charge of system integration and validation
• Define technical means and adapt them to project needs
• Guarantee solution quality by coordinating various teams and experts
• Ensure application of quality and security processes
• Manage system IVV to respect allocated costs and deadlines

Requirements

• Master of VoIP/ToIP domains and SIP, RTP protocols
• Knowledge of ED137 standard
• Experience with complex critical system validation (ED153, V-cycle, system engineering specifications)
• Proficiency in requirement coverage and traceability
• Experience with Testlink and anomaly management tools
• Proficiency with Wireshark
• Mastery of Linux-based distributed systems
• Knowledge of Torrent, PKI, VoIP, and Shell/Python scripting
• Experience with virtualization (VMs, Docker) and Git configuration management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Civil Aviation, Computer Science, or Telecommunications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex systems engineering (software dominant)
• Significant experience in functional management and team leadership
• Knowledge of V/UHF and IP radio operations
• Knowledge of air traffic control systems is a plus
