System Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the System Engineering team in design and submissions
• Participate in the development of System Specifications (Functional, Architecture, Interface)
• Obtain Customer/Engineer acceptance of system specifications
• Organize engineering activities including priorities, schedule, and delivery
• Manage the On-Shore System Engineering team
• Follow up on compliance to contractual requirements and subsystem allocation
• Lead verification and demonstration of system performances
• Support technical discussions with Customers/Engineers
• Participate in technical risk management and interface definition

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Mandatory knowledge of Railway Systems
• 10 years of experience in Interface and System Engineering design within the railway industry
• Experience in team management
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Flexibility to work night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Project and/or construction experience
• Knowledge of geotechnical or structural calculations
• Track alignment knowledge
