About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop system architectures for ATM solutions (e.g., TopSky)
- Elaborate detailed technical specifications for ATM systems
- Define system and functional requirements
- Analyze client and stakeholder needs to define adapted technical solutions
- Optimize performance of existing ATM systems
- Coordinate technical and functional teams to ensure solution consistency
- Coordinate technical teams to develop test plans for system validation
- Verify solution compliance with current requirements and standards
- Participate in technical responses to calls for tender in the ATM domain
- Coordinate the drafting of technical and commercial proposals
Requirements
- Mastery of system engineering methods and tools (SysML, UML, DOORS, POLARION)
- Deep knowledge of ATM standards (SESAR, ICAO, Eurocontrol)
- Knowledge of Thales ATM products (Topsky ATC, Tower, AIM, AMHS, etc.)
- Engineering degree in aeronautics, embedded systems, computer science, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in system engineering, preferably in ATM
- Proficiency in technical English (written and oral)
- Ability to manage complex and multidisciplinary projects
