System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take overall system responsibility and maintain design cohesion for the entire system, including radio links and control stations
• Manage requirements throughout the entire chain from decomposition to verification and closure
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors and product management
• Identify and propose improvements based on functionality, manufacturability, availability, and customer benefit
• Work closely with colleagues in mechanical and software engineering and production technicians
• Engage in continuous improvement of processes, standards, and methodology

Requirements

• University or college degree in a relevant engineering field
• Several years of experience in system design and technical leadership
• Proficiency in both English and Swedish (spoken and written)
• Strong collaborative skills, responsibility, and structured approach
• High communicative ability and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the aviation industry
• Experience within electronics
