System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases including Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement
• Interact with Government regarding technical considerations, problems, issues, or conflicts
• Ensure technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work associated with ISO/IEC15288 process areas
• Assist in developing innovative approaches to technical or engineering issues
• Conduct evaluations for project implementation suitability
• Supervise or coordinate the work of other contractor engineers or technicians

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Level 1: Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience or High School diploma with 12 years of experience
• Level 2: Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience or High School diploma with 19 years of experience, plus 3 years of VMware architecture, installation, and configuration experience
• Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 20 years of experience or High School diploma with 25 years of experience, plus 5 years of VMware architecture, installation, and configuration experience
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Testing and Linux Systems administration experience
• Full Scope Polygraph (FS Poly)
