About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems
- Propose and implement technical solutions to improve service quality, availability, and security
- Manage system evolutions and automate configurations and deployments
- Participate in the study and implementation of new solutions, including associated documentation
- Resolve complex incidents and troubleshoot issues at Level 3
- Participate in the on-call rotation service
Requirements
- Higher education in Computer Science (e.g., Engineer degree)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Expertise in Windows Server and Microsoft Infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, Cluster, RDS, SCOM, Certificates)
- Experience with public cloud technologies (Azure or GCP)
- Proficiency in automation and scripting tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or PowerShell
- Knowledge of Git and familiarity with CI/CD concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and DevOps/Infrastructure as Code methodologies
