System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define electrical concepts, designs, and specifications for thermal spray process systems
• Manage customer requirements and create detailed gap analysis lists
• Present electrical requirement specifications to vendors and verify circuit diagrams
• Conduct technical risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Evaluate new electrical components for customer projects
• Provide technical advice to Project Managers regarding integrated circuit diagrams and safety concepts
• Support sales activities and assist with procurement and vendor management
• Coordinate with internal and external partners including sales, logistics, and field service teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial RFQ through delivery

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant practical experience in electrical/electronic circuit design and analysis (IEC/JIS)
• Proficiency in PLC ladder diagram design and analysis
• Practical experience in power generation, transmission, or distribution
• Strong knowledge of mathematics and physics
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical communication
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing circuits or systems
• Experience designing new technologies or improving existing ones
• Proficiency with electrical drawing software such as EPLAN
• Knowledge of risk assessment tools (e.g., SafeExpert)
• Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering tools
• Knowledge of thermal spray equipment and its applications
• Project management skills
