System Engineer - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance systems and diagnostic solutions for the new Flight Data Interface Management Unit (FDIMU)
• Understand and analyze onboard aircraft maintenance systems
• Work with transnational teams to define aircraft system maintenance requirements and customized Field Loadable Software loads
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including lab test teams and design offices
• Provide consistent project updates to all involved stakeholders
• Grasp technical details of different aircraft systems quickly to support R&T initiatives

Requirements

• B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, or M.E in Aerospace, Computer, IT, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• Exposure to the Aerospace industry
• Knowledge of aircraft communication protocols such as ARINC 429 or AFDX
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance systems, such as Aircraft Condition Monitoring Systems or Central Maintenance Systems
• Strong awareness of systems engineering concepts
• Proficiency in Matlab or Simulink and C programming
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Javascript
• Business proficiency in English

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively
• Excellent communication skills to represent Airbus India within global projects
• Proven ability to work as a collaborative team player
