System Engineer - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Develop and define maintenance systems, BITE specifications, and diagnostic solutions for new Flight Data Interface Management Units
• Understand onboard aircraft maintenance systems and quickly grasp technical details of various aircraft systems
• Work with transnational teams to understand aircraft system maintenance requirements and airline needs for customized Field Loadable Software loads
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including lab test teams and design offices
• Provide consistent project updates to all involved stakeholders

Requirements

• B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, or M.E in Aerospace, Computer, or IT Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the aerospace industry
• Knowledge of aircraft communication protocols such as ARINC 429 or AFDX
• Experience with aircraft maintenance systems, such as Aircraft Condition Monitoring Systems or Central Maintenance Systems
• Proficiency in simulation modeling tools like Matlab, Simulink, or the C programming language
• Experience with scripting languages including Python, Java, or Javascript
• Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Business proficiency in English
