System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support cloud infrastructure and application deployments
• Monitor and support production systems to ensure performance, availability, and reliability
• Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation to streamline delivery
• Administer and maintain servers, containers, and cloud services, applying security patches and updates
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, automation processes, and disaster recovery
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning to ensure smooth release delivery
• Support 24/7/365 monitoring and on-call escalation processes for production environments

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps roles
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (Azure preferred)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Saltstack
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk or Nagios
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps culture principles
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field
• Azure Fundamentals certification
• Practical experience with AI-powered coding tools and infrastructure for real-time data assistants
